The Mason Remodeling Co Orlando Guarantee
We’ve been remodeling kitchens, baths, and whole homes in Orlando since 2004, and we’ve learned that a guarantee means nothing unless it’s written down in plain language. So here’s ours. Every project we complete is covered by the 365-Day Done Right Promise: if the work isn’t right within a year of completion, we make it right at no cost to you. No conditions, no dispute process, no fine print waiting to surprise you. Before any work starts, you receive a written price. When the job is finished, you receive a written guarantee that states exactly what’s covered, what’s excluded, and for how long. That’s what standing behind our work means to us.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship on every project, from framing to final trim. If something we built or installed fails within 365 days of the completion date, we return and fix it. You don’t pay for the visit, the labor, or the parts.
- Materials and products we specified and supplied. When we recommend a faucet, a cabinet line, or a countertop surface, we’re putting our name behind it. If a product we sourced fails during the guarantee period, we handle the replacement and the labor to install it.
- Cleanup and job-site conditions at the end of every workday. A remodel is disruptive enough without tripping over debris. We leave the site broom-clean daily and fully cleaned at project close. If we miss something, say the word and we’ll be back.
- On-time arrival and clear communication throughout the project. You’ll know who’s coming, when they’re arriving, and what they’re doing that day. If the schedule shifts for any reason, you hear it from us before you have to call and ask.
- Honest pricing with no change-order surprises. The written price you receive before work starts is the price you pay, unless you ask us to change the scope. If we discover something unexpected behind the wall, we stop, explain it, and get your written approval before spending another dollar.
- Permits pulled correctly and inspections passed. We handle the paperwork for every job that requires a permit in Orlando. You get a permitted, inspected project, not a “we’ll just do it quietly” favor that bites you when you sell the house.

Our Satisfaction Promise
Here’s what happens if you’re not happy. You call us. A live person answers, any hour of any day. You explain the problem. If it’s a defect in our work, we schedule a return visit at no charge to you. If it’s something we installed that isn’t performing the way it should, we come look. If we determine the issue falls within the guarantee terms, we fix it and we don’t send a bill. That’s the entire process.
We also make a specific promise that most remodelers won’t put in writing: if any repair or installation fails, you get a free second visit. No charge, no dispute process, no conditions attached. We’d rather spend the time making it right than arguing about who’s responsible. In Orlando’s heat and humidity, building materials expand, settle, and occasionally misbehave. We account for that in how we build and in how we stand behind the work. Isaac Pruett, the owner of Mason Remodeling Co Orlando, is the person who answers for this promise, and he takes it personally.
Licensed & Insured Backing
A guarantee is only as good as the company that writes it. We’re licensed and insured as required for general contracting and remodeling work in the Orlando area, which means you’re protected by more than a handshake. If something goes wrong on a job site, insurance covers it. If a project needs city inspection, we’re legally permitted to pull the permits and do the work. This is the foundation under every written guarantee we issue. We also carry appropriate bonding so you’re never left holding the bag on an unfinished or defective project. Isaac Pruett can walk you through exactly what our coverage includes and what it means for your specific remodel. Ask when you call, and you’ll get a straight answer, not a vague assurance.

AfterWhy We Put It All in Writing
Most remodeling horror stories start the same way: a verbal estimate that grew, a handshake warranty that evaporated, a contractor who stopped answering the phone. None of that works in Orlando’s remodel market, where homeowners have long memories and tell their neighbors everything. We’ve been at this since 2004 as part of the Threshold Group family of home-service companies, and the entire structure exists so that one bad experience can’t hide behind a “miscommunication.” Written price before work starts. Written guarantee at the end. Free return visit if something fails. A live human on the phone when you call. If we didn’t believe we could back every one of those promises, we wouldn’t make them.
The Threshold Standard and Why It Matters to Your Guarantee
Behind every guarantee is the crew that shows up to do the work. We hold to the Threshold Standard on every job, which means every technician is background-checked and identity-verified before they ever step on your property. They arrive in a clean marked uniform, show a photo ID badge at the door, and you receive their name and photo before the visit. That might sound like a small thing, but think about what it means: the person standing in your kitchen is exactly who we said they’d be, and we’ve put their name in writing before they arrived. When you trust someone with your home for weeks at a time, that’s not a perk. It’s the bare minimum, and it’s how we protect you on every project we touch in Orlando.
What the Guarantee Doesn’t Cover (So There’s No Confusion)
We state our exclusions plainly, because a guarantee with hidden gaps isn’t a guarantee. Here’s what falls outside the 365-Day Done Right Promise: normal wear and tear on surfaces that naturally age, damage caused by events outside our control like a hurricane or a flood that an insurance policy would cover, work performed by other contractors after we finish, and changes you make to our work after completion. We also don’t cover cosmetic preferences that were approved during the project but that you later decide you’d like done differently. If you want to change the faucet you picked in week two, that’s a new project, not a warranty claim. Everything else we put in writing, in the guarantee document, before you sign anything. Call us at (850) 920-7745 and we’ll walk you through exactly how coverage works for your specific remodel.
How to Make a Guarantee Claim

Pick up the phone. Call (850) 920-7745. Tell us what’s wrong. We’ll ask a few questions, pull your project file, and schedule a visit to assess the issue. If it’s covered, we fix it. If we’re not sure, we err toward fixing it. Isaac Pruett reviews every guarantee claim personally, because the whole point of the 365-Day Done Right Promise is that you never have to fight us to get what you were promised. That’s the standard we’ve held since 2004, and it’s the reason Orlando homeowners keep calling us back for the next project.
