Meet the Orlando Team Behind Mason Remodeling Co Orlando
Since 2004, Mason Remodeling Co Orlando has built kitchens, baths, and whole-home remodels across Orlando with a simple idea: homeowners should know exactly who is walking through their door. We’re part of the Threshold Group family of home-service companies, which means every crew member is background-checked, identity-verified, and introduced by name and photo before the first visit. But names on a page don’t mean much without faces behind them. These are the people who show up in a clean marked uniform, with a photo ID badge, ready to work. They’re the reason a written price arrives before any work starts, and the reason our 365-Day Done Right Promise means something.
Styles & brands we work with
Our People
Marcus T. – Lead Technician
Marcus has spent 16 years in residential remodeling, the last nine focused on bathroom renovations in Orlando’s older neighborhoods like College Park and Audubon Park. He holds certifications in Schluter waterproofing systems and is our go-to for tile layout and shower pan installations. Marcus can look at a 1950s bathroom with a sloped floor and tell you within minutes whether the fix is a simple leveling job or a full subfloor replacement. Off the clock, he restores vintage motorcycles, which he says is basically the same as remodeling: take it apart, find what’s rusted, replace it, and torque everything to spec.
Elena R. – Senior Installer
Elena has been with Mason Remodeling for seven years and handles the cabinetry and fixture side of most kitchen remodels in Orlando. She’s factory-trained on KraftMaid and Wellborn cabinet lines, and she’s installed enough Kohler and Moen fixtures to set a vanity faucet in her sleep. Homeowners in Winter Park and Baldwin Park tend to request her by name for one reason: she leaves the job site cleaner than she found it, every single day. Elena keeps a photo album on her phone of every finished kitchen she’s worked on. Ask her about the one with the Cambria quartz waterfall island on Lake Underhill. She’ll talk your ear off.
Dana W. – Service Coordinator
Dana is the voice on the phone when you call Mason Remodeling Co Orlando. She’s been scheduling crews and writing up project scopes for 11 years, and she knows the difference between a customer who needs a quote for a full gut remodel and one who just wants a toilet swapped before the in-laws visit on Thursday. Dana is the reason you get a live person 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including weekends and holidays. She grew up in Orlando and can tell you which permit office to call, what time the concrete inspectors usually show up, and whether your HOA in Dr. Phillips will require board approval for that lanai addition. She also bakes a sourdough loaf every Saturday and brings the leftovers to the shop Monday morning.
Rafael H. – Apprentice
Rafael joined the crew two years ago after working framing on new construction in the Lake Nona area. He’s currently completing his carpentry hours and spends most days shadowing Marcus on bathroom tear-outs and rebuilds. Rafael is meticulous about one thing: labeling. Every removed fixture, every screw, every shut-off valve gets a label and a photo before it comes out. It slows him down by exactly twelve minutes per job, and it has saved us from more rework than any other habit on the crew. On weekends, he coaches youth soccer in Conway. His players don’t know he can frame a wall, but they know he shows up on time.
One Standard, Every Job
Every technician at Mason Remodeling Co Orlando operates under what we call The Threshold Standard. It’s a named process, not a vague promise. Before anyone steps onto your property, you receive their name and photo. When they arrive, they’re in a clean marked uniform and they show a photo ID badge at the door. They’ve been background-checked and identity-verified. That applies to Marcus in the field, Dana on the phone, Rafael on his first day, and every crew member in between. It applies on a $1,800 bathroom repair and a $95,000 whole-home remodel. Same people, same standard, same written price before any work starts, every single time. Isaac Pruett, Owner, set that rule on day one in 2004, and it hasn’t changed since.
