Caesarstone Kitchen Remodeling: The Orlando Owner’s Guide
Caesarstone kitchen remodeling in Orlando typically runs $14,000 to $45,000 for a full countertop-and-cabinet overhaul, with countertop-only installation landing between $2,000 and $6,500 depending on slab size, edge profile, and how much of the old surface has to come out. We stock Caesarstone-compatible materials and install them, and most countertop swaps are done within three to five business days once the slab is measured and cut. The usual discovery moment is a chip along the sink edge, a seam that has started separating near the cooktop, or a crack radiating out from a corner where someone set down a hot pan one time too many.
Caesarstone is quartz, which means it is tough but not indestructible, and Florida’s humidity plus heavy daily use takes a real toll over time. If you are reading this, you have probably already looked at the damaged spot enough times to know it is not going to fix itself.
Which Caesarstone Models This Applies To

We work across Caesarstone’s current and discontinued quartz lines, including the Supernatural, Metropolitan, and Classico collections as well as the older Concetto and Motivo series that still show up in Orlando homes built in the 2000s and 2010s. The compatibility question that matters most is the slab thickness: Caesarstone runs 2cm and 3cm (about 3/4 inch and 1 1/4 inch), and the overhang style, cabinet spacing, and edge profile all change depending on which one you have. A 2cm slab usually needs a plywood underlayment and a built-up edge, while 3cm can often sit directly on the cabinets.
If you have a remnant label, you will see the color code printed on the underside or on the original paperwork, something like 5141 Frosty Carrina or 6131 Calacatta Nuvo. If the label is gone, take a photo of the surface in natural light and measure the thickness, and we can match it from our sample library. Caesarstone has retired certain colors over the years, so an exact match is not always possible, and in those cases we will show you the closest current option before any cutting starts. We are an independent Orlando remodeling company, not a Caesarstone dealer, which means we can also quote you on equivalent Cambria or Silestone slabs if the discontinued match comes up empty.

Signs Your Caesarstone Kitchen Remodeling Is Failing
- Chipping at the sink or cooktop cutout. This is the most common failure point on quartz countertops in Orlando, because those cutouts create thin material bridges where daily pot-and-pan contact concentrates. A chip usually starts small and spreads with each drop of a cast-iron skillet.
- Seam separation between slabs. Florida’s humidity swings cause cabinet boxes to expand and contract, and over time a seam that started tight can open up enough to catch a fingernail or show a dark line of trapped grime.
- Cracks radiating from a corner. Quartz resists heat better than laminate, but a hot Dutch oven set down hard on a corner can create a hairline crack that travels. Once a crack starts, it does not stop without intervention.
- Staining or etching around the faucet and soap dispenser. Caesarstone is non-porous and resists most staining, but hard water mineral buildup in Orlando can create a dull white haze that feels rough to the touch around the plumbing fixtures.
- Visible delamination at the edge. On 2cm slabs with built-up edges, the glued edge strip can separate from the main slab after years of leaning against the counter or standing at the sink. You will see a fine line where the two pieces meet.

AfterReplacement Cost & What’s Included

In Orlando, a full kitchen remodel that includes Caesarstone countertops, new cabinets, backsplash, sink, and faucet runs $14,000 to $45,000. Countertop-only work is more contained at $2,000 to $6,500 installed, and that covers demolition and haul-away of the old surface, precise templating, slab cutting and polishing, edge profile work, sink and cooktop cutouts, installation, and seam treatment.
What moves the price is slab thickness, edge profile complexity, how many seams the layout requires, and whether the cabinets underneath are sound. If the plywood subtop or the cabinet boxes have water damage from a long-term leak, that work is quoted separately before we cut the new slab. We give you a written price before any work starts, and that number does not change once we begin. The installation is covered by our 365-Day Done Right Promise, which means if the seam fails, the edge separates, or the slab settles incorrectly within a year of completion, we come back and make it right at no cost to you.
DIY or Call Us?
There is a version of countertop repair that a careful homeowner can attempt, and then there is everything else. You can safely clean and seal a seam with a color-matched quartz repair adhesive on a small cosmetic chip. You cannot safely cut a slab, move a 400-pound countertop, or re-level cabinets that have shifted, and trying usually creates a bigger problem than the one you started with.
Quartz fabrication requires wet saws, diamond tooling, and templating equipment, and the dust is silica-based, so it is not a weekend project. If you see a chip, a crack, or a separating seam, the honest path is to call us. Isaac Pruett will tell you the same thing he has told Orlando homeowners for years: tell me what the problem is, we will figure out the rest from there.
Call (850) 920-7745 and we will come out, measure it, and give you a written quote for the fix or the full replacement.
FAQs

Countertop replacement takes three to five business days in most Orlando kitchens, from templating through installation. The measurement visit takes about an hour, the slab is cut and polished offsite, and the installation itself is usually a single day.
Hairline chips and small edge chips can often be repaired with color-matched adhesive and look nearly invisible, but a full crack through the slab cannot be reliably repaired. Once quartz cracks, the structural integrity of that section is gone, and the honest fix is replacement of that slab.
Caesarstone quartz countertops typically last 15 to 25 years with regular use in Orlando’s climate, longer than laminate or butcher block but shorter than natural granite in some cases. The resin that binds the quartz can yellow slightly with years of direct sunlight, so kitchens with large east-facing windows may show it sooner.
We do not stock full Caesarstone slabs at our shop, but we have direct access to Central Florida slab yards and a sample library so we can match your existing color. If your particular Caesarstone color has been discontinued, we will show you the closest current equivalent before we ever cut a thing.
